      What race you running? My next is June 2nd for the Starlight Run and then I have a run every weekend in June. Good milage and take it easy until you feel better!

    My groin was killing me! I decided to do a run/walk so I could get some cardio without hurting my groin too much. Anyone have any advice about a groin injury?

      I had a groin pain on MA when I start kicking too high too soon. Maybe stretching? Or try one week walk instead run :)

      I've had the same problem when I tried to increase speed and mileage too quicker. Get some more rest, ice, and try a foam roller.
