I had such a wonderful time at this race! The weather was perfect, I was feeling great, and I beat my goal of finishing at 1:18!

I had a groin pain on MA when I start kicking too high too soon. Maybe stretching? Or try one week walk instead run :)

I've had the same problem when I tried to increase speed and mileage too quicker. Get some more rest, ice, and try a foam roller.
