#dailydeuce I saw 6 deer on my stroll past The Aveda Institute. I is good to be outside again.
Walked the dog for .25 miles, then I walked my fat butt on the Big Mac trail. #dailydeuce
#dailydeuce. Ran first mile in 12 min. Knee hurt so I walked the next half & ten ran the last half in.
#dailydeuce 5 - Went slower & felt better. "I will not to too much, too soon."
