    Started off feeling sluggish and heavy. Finding a nice pace was beyond my body and mind. The time spent waiting for my Mom gave me some much-needed regroup time and the pace was better after that.

      Thankfully, no incidents...no horns honking at me or folks making creative gestures with their hands. :-) But I was zonked. Not sure where I found the energy to hit that speed let alone get on the bike in the first place. Feeling just as tired today and I can tell it wasn't a good rest based on the tension in my jaw. Good thing it's not Inappropriate Friday...some folks would run with that statement. *lol*
