      Probably suffering from lack of sunlight. I'm battling against the depression as well, and it only just occurred to me that tomorrow's sun ought to help. Take some Vitamin D, let the sun shine on you tomorrow.

      Possibly, although, my office has floor to ceiling windows and gets all of the morning light. I think work was simply catching up with me, along with last weekend's jaunt out west.
