    great 20.6 km 00:44 17.5mph pace

Interval training on a relatively flat surface - stop lights ruined my rhythm. Cadence kicked a$$ (at least for me) and averaged out at 77 - might have been higher if not for those darn lights! R... read more

    great 27.45 km 00:59 17.2mph pace

Average cadence increased up to 69 and I hit a top speed of 45.76 km/hr on the flats! Reached 40+ km/hr at least four times on the flats. Felt a lot warmer than 30 C with 34% humidity...that sun ... read more

I am pretty sure I saw you today right at the beginning of your route as I know we live in the same area. I recognized your fantastic new bike. Great ride.

Good for you, I don't want to read about you being hit by a train. Which reminds me, a guy who works with one of my partner firms got drunk and was hit by a train last year. I have no idea why he is still in one piece, with all his limbs.

You should have yelled 'hi', Kristi! Then again, if it was on James Snow, yelling might startle me and that's a bad road to fall on! *lol*

The time trials will be here in Milton and a bunch of us decided to try the route out today. It was the start/finish line that was closed and kept us from doing the full circuit. That's why I added distance over on the east end of the loop.
