good My doesn't hurt when I run... 3.58 mi 00:45 12:34 pace

My knee was feeling weird yesterday, so I took a rest day, ate ice cream and watched the Olympics. I figured I would take it for a test run today. When I got out of bed, it hurt but when I started running, it felt fine. It continued to feel fine through the whole run. It doesn't make sense, but I'll just go with it. I have a massage scheduled this afternoon, I'll see what they can do in that area.

Good run Heather and good luck with knee. I have what I call a traveling pain, starts in knee and shin, goes to arch and goes away after I get about a half mile it goes away. Inappropriate comments about massage parlour I accidentally went to when I was stationed in Korea have been omitted!lol

Watching the olmpics and eating ice cream - very similar to what I've been doing: Watching the olympics and drinking tea with cookies!
