I slept in this morning because it was really cold. So I thought it would be lovely to go for a run after work in the sunshine. My toilet had other plans for me though. It decided to flood the bathroom so I had to spend my after work hours ripping out the unfixable toilet and installing a new one (Bob Villa, eat your heart out). I managed to get that all done by 9 pm, grabbed Gabby the Garmin, and hit the streets. I couldn't let National Running Day go by without getting any miles in! So there, it wasn't long, but it's taper week anyway, so I can't feel that bad about it.

Good luck on Saturday! I'll think about you being half way done by the time I am done :)

Well, that's it then. You have just dispelled the myth that you are a lazy runner! Most people would not have bothered to go for a run after that effort.

You are quite a handyman! More that I could ever do! Hehehe! Way to get your run in. I would have sat on that on that toilet instead. :)
