great Day 75: 75 sit ups for 75 days

So this challenge added to my last challenge of 50 for 50 days, that brings the total number of sit ups this year to 8,125. So why do I still have pillow abs? Really? Sheesh. I think I'm going to put off the 100 for 100 days until I'm a little less disgusted with sit ups. I'll still do ab work, just probably something different.

when I dropped to 174lbs, I seen "something", you can't isolate weight loss, if you drop enough, you'll see "something" Sorry, you know what, 70 is my limit, then my stomach hurts for 2 minutes! Hats off to you!!

Great going and maybe mixing it up will help. I have decided i will permanently have pillow abs and its just a 'feature' that i cant change, but you can definitely see the difference in your pics. Great going

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you don't likely have pillow abs. I'm pretty sure they're pretty much rock hard. Nice work, Heather! Keep up the good work!
