    Not enough time in the morning, and not enough time in the evening to get my miles for the day. But if I split it up, then I'm fine. Funny how that works...

    Started at an easy pace, then bumped the speed up a tiny bit at a time. I tried out a new pair of shoes, the Hoka Stinson Lite, and they're feeling pretty great.

      Nice progressive run, hey those are the ones that have a nice thick sole and real lightweight, right on, way to go!
      Padding between you and that hard pavement, cant go wrong with that!

      Great Job Heather. Another friend of mine was shivering/convulsing & cramping throughout. He still finished in 3:07. Tough tough race. Much learned. You're a beast.

      Damn that would be rough, running 4-5 hours in rain and wind, good survival action response, survival run all the way, wet an cold but you kept it going.
