      awesome that sounds so nice! My moms got a heel spur that she got cortisol shot in. But will have to get surgery- she really misses walking :( So nice for you to be able to do that together!

      Good deal, glad your investing in your Mom's welfare. Motivating is hard to do. Exercise is a hard sell. If you like black walnuts they are great in brownies!
