    4051 feet climbed on the stair climber tonight. It's feeling good, like maybe I won't die when I have to climb over 3000 feet in the first 3 miles of the Capitol Reef 50k in July.

      You need a medal that says "I ran 37 miles!" and something mellow after 37 on Sunday and then a 11 mile run Monday. You have done fantastic!

      Everybody has 24 hours, but everyone needs and extra 4, especially in the winter. You are using your time and effort towards a goal. Smart to dividing it to get your goal accomplished. You know how prioritize!
