    Set it and forget it on the treadmill, watching Agents of SHIELD. My legs felt good, but my feet hurt a bit.

      My favorite gym machine but unfortunately don't have enough space for it at home. Recommend it for sure! You'll be surprised about the positive effects after some time of regular use.

    I taped up the holes in my heels and tried out some running. It was rough at first, but then things fell in to place.

    I had to spin with just socks on my feet. My blisters are still pretty big and don't like shoes. But it felt good to stop lying around and get my legs moving.

      Nice job! That's a long way on the treadmill... FYI...Hug's going to get a day off finally & he's running the 10k at Ut Valley. I'm excited. We're going to drive up early (leave here at 3:30) so I can catch the last bus at 4:30 & then he won't have to wait so long before boarding his bus. If you want, we can meet up before the race... :)

      Maybe I have acquired allergies, because my head/sinuses hurt so I even backed off the mountain dew for one afternoon. Glad you had a good routine spin. Its our rituals that make us stronger.
