    I actually managed to get up early and run. It was a miracle. My heart rate was still higher than I would like, but I didn't die, so there's that.

    Day 5 of Whole 30 makes for an awful run. I only felt okay for the first 3.5 miles and then it was not pleasant at all.

      Great job pushing through Heather! Maybe just do 3.5 to 4 right now until next week. It took me a week or two to start getting my energy back. Eating for fresh fruit helped me too when we were doing whole30.

      That's what I've been doing 3-4 easy miles during the week. Then longer on the weekend. Even walking is good. And do not forget that you are a beast!

    I'm on day 3 of the Whole 30 program so I didn't know how this run was going to go. My body is adjusting to the new way of eating, and this didn't feel too bad.

      Well, it's all good. I'm struggling to get some runs in, too. And you work full time & have a brand spanking new husband! So I can just imagine how it is getting back into the routine. :)
