First ever single track race 3.53 mi 01:00 16:52 pace

I did it! I ran on a trail with rocks/roots/animals and I didn't die! I even saw Jeremy H. out there, recovering from the Speedgoat 50k. It was a fun little race series that happens every Wedn... read more

good missed morning 5 mi 00:59 11:42 pace

My alarm went off this morning, I managed to turn it off and pass right back out. I guess I needed more rest. So I squeezed in some miles after work and before trivia.

good Timp Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:41 12:17 pace

alright after race miles 5 mi 01:11 14:15 pace

Well, this was more walking than running, but at least it was fast walking. I had to get 18 for the day and I got it. It didn't have to be pretty, it just had to be done.

I've placed 1st 2nd and 3rd in a few small Triathlons. Getting 3rd in the Salem Sprint Tri however was pretty surprising since there are a lot of fast dudes that do that race.

good bookend runs 4 mi 00:45 11:12 pace

I ran two miles, then hopped off the treadmill to work my arms with some 21's, lateral raises, bent over rows, and then grabbed the kettle bells to do dead lifts and kettle bell swings. I thre... read more

  10. RUN
good Star Valley Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:56 13:24 pace

Well, I finished it. My leg is giving me fits, but at least I held it together for 13.1 miles. I sure hope next week's race goes a bit better...

  11. RUN
good trying to run 3 mi 00:33 10:59 pace

Well, I guess this was better than trying... another week short on time, but I got what I could. My leg hurts, but not enough to stop me. I have a massage tomorrow. I'm hoping it helps.
