    Some morning miles on tired legs. The first mile was rough, but then things loosened up. I've got to keep practicing running on tired legs so my 12 hour run will be the best it can.

    So very slow, but so very nice to be out on the mountain tonight. I stopped to take plenty of pictures so that needs to be considered. I made peace with my trail pace tonight.

      Trails are the best! Wish I could go run with you. Hunting season here so I'll have to stick to well traveled roads for the rest of the season. :+)

    Another slow run out on the trails. But this time, I didn't care, since it was a recovery run anyway. The leaves are changing and it was quite lovely out there.

      Good Nine mile spin, spinning is a good idea when trails are dark, hmmm. I have never tried spinning. Way to go to ride and read!
