      18 miles! Fantastic! Right on it makes all the difference in the world, you have someone to talk to, and for the most part your feet are hitting at the same time, it is 10x better to run with a buddy.

    Obviously, I never got around to my recovery spin. But at least I got my miles in today. I'm super stressed at work and it's starting to affect the rest of my life :(

    Got home from my race road trip with plenty of time to get a recovery run in. The first mile sucked. Then it got a tiny bit better. I'm looking forward to recovery spinning tomorrow.
