      Write everything down in a note book that your learning from him, especially the schedule. Get a tape recorder if he will tell you the plan then write it out later. That varied workouts keep it un boring and shakes up that body with muscle pain in the arm. I bet your arms are sore but toned.

    I decided to go back to my roots this morning and head to the track at the local high school. No watch, just some tunes as I ran around in circles and watched the sun come up.

    My calves have been screaming all day because of what we did at the gym last night. I thought this run would be horrible. But once I got going, i felt pretty darn good.
