  1. RUN
good morning meander 5 mi 01:07 13:18 pace

Like a slow moving river, I did wend my way through the streets of Mapleton. Or something like that... It was humid this morning and that's weird for Utah.

  2. RUN
good slow miles 7.5 mi 01:34 12:35 pace

It seems like I'm not in much of a speedy mood this week. Slow and steady gets it done though, so it's all good.

  3. RUN
    good intermission run 15 mi

I didn't track the time on this run, I just got it done the best way I could. And that meant having a bit of an intermission after the first 8 miles before the next 7. It worked out.

  4. RUN
First ever single track race 3.53 mi 01:00 16:52 pace

I did it! I ran on a trail with rocks/roots/animals and I didn't die! I even saw Jeremy H. out there, recovering from the Speedgoat 50k. It was a fun little race series that happens every Wedn... read more

  5. RUN
good missed morning 5 mi 00:59 11:42 pace

My alarm went off this morning, I managed to turn it off and pass right back out. I guess I needed more rest. So I squeezed in some miles after work and before trivia.

  6. RUN
good Monday miles 5 mi 01:02 12:28 pace

Just trying to shake off some of the weekend soreness.

  7. RUN
good Timp Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:41 12:17 pace

A decent finish time for me, especially considering the fact that my leg was bothering me right from the start. My IT band has been extra tight since my ultra and then driving for two days after an... read more

  8. RUN
alright after race miles 5 mi 01:11 14:15 pace

Well, this was more walking than running, but at least it was fast walking. I had to get 18 for the day and I got it. It didn't have to be pretty, it just had to be done.

  9. #dailymission: What's your highest age group placement? What event? I've only placed in my age group once, and that's only because there were only 3 people in my age group... It was ... read more

I've placed 1st 2nd and 3rd in a few small Triathlons. Getting 3rd in the Salem Sprint Tri however was pretty surprising since there are a lot of fast dudes that do that race.

  10. RUN
good bookend runs 4 mi 00:45 11:12 pace

I ran two miles, then hopped off the treadmill to work my arms with some 21's, lateral raises, bent over rows, and then grabbed the kettle bells to do dead lifts and kettle bell swings. I thre... read more

  11. RUN
    good 2 of 2 4.5 mi 00:53 11:47 pace

This felt good. I like doing two-a-days :)
