  1. RUN
good part two, cut short 2 mi 00:23 11:38 pace

I was supposed to get three, but im seriously time crunched today. I hate working so much :(

  2. RUN
good part one of two 3 mi 00:36 11:54 pace

Not enough time in the morning, and not enough time in the evening to get my miles for the day. But if I split it up, then I'm fine. Funny how that works...

  3. RUN
good Wednesday miles 4 mi 00:47 11:48 pace

Started at an easy pace, then bumped the speed up a tiny bit at a time. I tried out a new pair of shoes, the Hoka Stinson Lite, and they're feeling pretty great.

When running a marathon just isn't enough, you run the day after. Or you do that so that maybe you won't die during your 50 miler next month...

Great Job Heather. Another friend of mine was shivering/convulsing & cramping throughout. He still finished in 3:07. Tough tough race. Much learned. You're a beast.

Damn that would be rough, running 4-5 hours in rain and wind, good survival action response, survival run all the way, wet an cold but you kept it going.
