good Trail Run Thursday 4.15 mi

Another slow run out on the trails. But this time, I didn't care, since it was a recovery run anyway. The leaves are changing and it was quite lovely out there.

  2. FIT
    good upper body?! 01:00

It seems that I have forgotten that I have an upper body that also needs to be worked out... ouch.

  3. FIT
good more recovery 9.1 mi 00:45 04:56 pace

A much faster spin session that yesterday. The only soreness I feel from the marathon is in my shins now. I'll give my legs a test run tomorrow.

good Trail Run Thursday 3 mi

Trail running is really tough for me. I pretty much suck at it. Like the suckiest suck that ever sucked a suck. Maybe someday, I'll lose these 40 extra pounds and get in shape and all that. St... read more

  8. FIT
sore leg spin 12.6 mi 01:05 05:09 pace

Man, down hill sure does a number on one's quads. After the spinning, I did some sit ups and leg raises. Then I foam rolled for as long as I could stand it, which wasn't terribly long...

Oh sure, this part of the trail is all innocent. But there is some technical craziness just out of the frame.

No doubt, you turned that corner, and met sasquatch. I can picture it now, what with you kicking sasquatch in the groin, kneeing him in the face, and prancing like a deer over his crumpled mass as you continued your trail running journey.....
