    good 2 of 2 2.58 mi 01:05 25:11 pace

4051 feet climbed on the stair climber tonight. It's feeling good, like maybe I won't die when I have to climb over 3000 feet in the first 3 miles of the Capitol Reef 50k in July.

Wise to be proactive and prepared come a warm, humid July morning! Plan now and have the lean muscle base built.

  2. RUN
    good 1 of 2 4 mi 00:48 11:56 pace

This run felt okay. I still have some lingering soreness from Sunday's run, but I think I'm recovering nicely.

  3. FIT
    good good stuff 01:00

And now for something completely different. It felt great to stretch my poor body.

  4. FIT
    great recovery 11.4 mi 01:05 05:42 pace

I like recovery. Like super lots and lots. I'm going to a meditation/yoga group tomorrow night. I think that will be quite pleasant.

You need a medal that says "I ran 37 miles!" and something mellow after 37 on Sunday and then a 11 mile run Monday. You have done fantastic!

  5. RUN
good longest ever 37 mi 08:13 13:19 pace

NOW I CAN TAPER. I did the first 22 miles outside, then the other 15 on the treadmill. I wanted to quit so many times. But I got through.

  6. RUN
good day swap 5 mi 01:00 12:00 pace

I had to bump my long run to tomorrow due to going to space camp today. Because I am a nerd. 8 hours of running will be just as fun on a Sunday as on a Saturday, right?

  7. RUN
good morning fiver 5 mi 01:00 11:55 pace

I've nailed all my workouts for the week so I'm certainly looking forward to my rest day tomorrow. I've got my biggest run ever coming up this weekend and then I get to taper! I love... read more

  8. FIT
good stair climbing 2.46 mi 01:05 26:25 pace

3942 feet of climbing tonight. Gotta get strong for my year of the ultra.

  9. RUN
good morning miles 5 mi 01:00 11:55 pace

Running in the morning, stair climber tonight. Because doing them back to back again did not sound fun.

  10. RUN
    good 2 of 2 6 mi 01:12 11:58 pace

Got the second run done, still feeling good. Although it seems like I don't have enough time in the day for everything that needs doing. Oh well.

Everybody has 24 hours, but everyone needs and extra 4, especially in the winter. You are using your time and effort towards a goal. Smart to dividing it to get your goal accomplished. You know how prioritize!

  11. RUN
    good 1 of 2 4 mi 00:49 12:09 pace

I have 10 miles on the schedule today, but not enough time before work to get it in. So it's a two-a-day Tuesday! And I do enjoy those :)

  12. FIT

You have a Starbucks in your house, or a spin bike in your local Starbucks? Either way I'm living in the wrong country....
