    I had been sick all week. Then it was time to run a marathon. And I guess I was still sick, because I felt awful for a lot of that race. Now I'm coughing up junk.

    I ran half #78 with Scott M S. (it was his 4th half). The Dino is basically my favorite half of all time, ever. Great course, great swag, great company.
