Another good long run with Ross S. We got an early start at a nice easy pace, but apparently we decided a nice easy pace wasn't good enough, so we did most of this at a nice quick pace. We were really booking a couple of times, in particular when we ran past a 5km race that was about to start over near Regina, and on a few of the downhills.
