Ross S. and I did 10x400 on the track this morning. We kept them in the 70-74s range, and the majority were at 73 or 74 seconds. That is, until the last one, which we busted out in 66 seconds. We took plenty of recovery between each 400, which included a slow recovery lap. Then probably 1.5 miles of both warm up and cool down.
