good Multi-Town Twenty 20 mi 02:34 07:41 pace

Ross S. mapped out a twenty mile route and we did it. I believe we kept the pace around 8:00 for a lot of the run, but within the last six we picked it up and within the last half mile we really picked it up. This will probably be my last twenty miler for some time. I guess the summer of pain is coming to an end. Next up: FALL OF PAIN (just kidding).
