Legs kinda stiff today so just did a walk/slow run - enjoyed the easy pace!


I understand that stiffness Ruchi, but its so great that you're building up your distances, good for you!

I can't imagine why ... :) Nice long stretches should help, so will massaging your calves and feet or some light cross training. Some folks swear that soaking in a tub of Epsom Salts is also really good - something about drawing out Toxins. Not sure if it works, but its certainly a nice way to unwind! Hope you feel better soon!!

Thanks Maggy and Fiona. Ankle still a bit sore so decided to rest today - but getting soooooo restless now! Might just go for a little walk later.....followed by a soak!!
