    Legs felt okay until I got on the treadmill and then they said, 'No Way' big time!! Really stiff though not sore - I guess they are still recovering from being pushed a bit yesterday!

      Thanks Maggy - and I paid the price later....so, so sore yesterday!! But it was worth it! I managed the 6:30 pace for almost 90 minutes and then HAD to walk for a few minutes but then decided to do intervals to try to make up the time. It did make me think that maybe I should push myself more and more often!

      Thanks everyone! No way am I going to make 125 miles this month...or 115 or 105. I think, at this point, I'll be happy to make 85 miles which is the lowest number on the Pick one October Challenge! Too much going on on both work and home fronts. Oh well, I guess that's life!

    Tired legs and tired Ruchi!! I managed to stay under 6:30 pace for the first 6k but then got slower and slower! Enjoyed it though!
