      Thanks girls! It could be the training but it's a different sort of 'leadiness' - I think it my thyroid (and water retention - not sure if the two are related) but I've started medication so I hope the cloud of fatigue will lift soon!

      I'll be moaning about the heat soon! My husband can't believe I grew up in Asia because I really don't like hot weather at all - but enjoying the novelty of it for the moment!

      Sharon, it doesn't normally get hot enough to go without a coat or fleece! 20 degrees (68 F) a couple of days in a row is considered a heatwave!!

      Ha ha. You know, my best runs are the day after I stuff my face with pizza! All the carbs and salt somehow help. But, you did PR in a 5k yesterday and did HM today. So a rest day is well deserved if you so desire! :)

      That's because I kinda of feel that the impossible challenge I joined (calls for more kms in a month than I have EVER accomplished!) might still be somewhat within reach...you might see a sudden drop in activity once I give in to the impossibility!! Ha ha!

    Yay....really pushed myself on this run! It's a good run when you are huffing and puffing after just 1K , LOL! - but the legs felt strong throughout! New PR for me!

      Yes, Tuesday evenings are going to be crazy for a few weeks with both Lauren and Matthew having activities at exactly the same time and NEITHER of them ends at exactly the stated time!! Hubby, sharing lifts with other parents etc essential!!

    Went a bit earlier to pick up girls from kickboxing and walked/did a couple of errands waiting for them to finish! Ok...so I AM obsessive when I am behind in my mileage!

      Challenge is to run 5miles a day - it doesn't care about pace, so it's counting everything! I'm up to 99 k but need 250k for the month so I am quite a bit behind still!

      Oh, it's both walking and running? Bcs some challenges I'm in taking only running (when you enter into Daily Mile you have to pick the type of workout...running, walking, yoga, etc and that's how daily mile counts things). Good luck with getting 151kMs. Ha ha
