    Didn't push the pace at all since I had just eaten dinner consisting of a diner kebab and onion rings - ugh! Not doing that again!

    Trying to get to 200 km for the month - this gets me to 164 km. I need 12km per day - yikes! Well, I'll try but I'm happy enough with my mileage increasing recently.

      What a great goal! Maybe I should increase my goals too. I've never even passed 150, get excited to pass 100 (which I have done for the past several months, but need a good long run tomorrow to manage for this month)

    Strangely, legs felt REALLY tired when I slowed down!! Oh well, got in some extra kms!

    Thought my legs will resist after the HM yesterday but legs felt great - though my legs really have forgotten how to run fast!! Happy with this time for the moment!
