    I've fallen out of habit of logging runs to DM - trying to get back to it! Happy with the HM since I finally got the time under 2:15 (just by 3 seconds but I'll take it!)

    Didn't want to stop walking today....but paid the price later as I felt really weak. Guess I have to work on getting well before pushing myself too much!

      Thanks JJ....yes, between jet lag, catching up with work and huge temperature change between Singapore and Ireland, I am recovering from a bad cold and congestion! But getting better!

    Tried to run fast but ran out of steam very, very quickly!! Tired after going to a dance workout last night - really enjoyed it so I think I'll be going back!

    Felt okay before I got on the TM but legs felt stiff soon after - just ran/walked at an easy pace to loosen up the legs.
