      Thanks Angela. I did enjoy the walk though taking deep breaths brings on coughing fits!! Will try to run later and see if I can manage it!

    Managed to get to 8k today at my fastish pace.....improvement over the last couple of days. Perhaps my body is getting to recovery!

    Ran a bit more at a more relaxed pace - still had to take a couple of walking breaks. Not sure why I'm so tired but enjoyed that run anyway.

      Thanks JJ - my second child is about to become a teenager...believe me when I say they almost certainly do NOT find me awesome!! But they have learned that I'm less irritable after I've had a run so they almost force me to the TM on some days!

      Ah I don't drink at all so thankfully I don't have that problem. Kinda allergic to alcohol...if I drink it takes about 2 weeks to recover and I get really ill.
