    Fairly easy 10k though the foot cramps came back a few times - walking seemed to have eased them. It was nice after the crappy runs during the week!

      Thanks everyone! And Irina, it's exactly that...because kids were off school monday and tuesday, things went off schedule and I managed to forget taking the thyroid medication as well as supplements - not just monday and tuesday!! - not sure why it takes me days to figure out that maybe that's the reason - d'oh!!
