      I don't blame you for being pessimistic. rough sequence of events. Idk how, but you WILL figure out a way to get runs in more often and have the time to complete them. keep your chin up.

      I also liked your story of how you tied the kids to their chairs to run one day :D - you could just have a designated working quietly time during the day where they all get belted to their chairs while you run :D :D

      this is true! I was trying out sneaks i was pretty sure I was going to return though, but next time I think I will just leave. It's not going to kill him to watch the kids for a little while without me.

      Very time I do Cathe's stability ball abs, my upper abs are sore for a week! Nothing like a good workout to show you what muscles you don't usually use!

      I kinda agree with Rachael... I don't really have any treadmill experience, but I know lots of people hate them. Can't Nathan watch the kids for an hour when he gets home or something? That would be enough for you to get in a 2-3 mile run and a quick shower. Not trying to butt in or anything, just trying to think of helpful suggestions

      Thanks girls :) I know i need to run outside. I just need to make myself ask nathan to watch the boys and that makes me feel guilty for some reason :/ i'm ususally asking him to make sure hr gets home by a certain time to do it. I hope this new job makes it better and easier. Sorry i didn't see these comments 9days ago. . .

      Boo to the cough, but I'm glad it's getting better. I haven't run since Saturday and idk when I'm going to have time - hoping to get at least one more in before Saturday... maybe I'll do a short one Friday morning before I leave :D

      Sorry it wasn't the best run, but I'm glad you're back! It's inspiring to read about Rachael's 13 mile runs, but it's nice to have my same level buddy back :D. I was supposed to run this morning but I seem to have a very hard time getting up to run the morning after skating. If I had gotten my butt  out the door, I'm sure I would have had a blah run too - definitely don't worry about it, the important thing is getting out the door (or on the treadmill)!
