I'm guessing at 2 minutes for this routine lol. maybe 3? maybe 1 1/2 minutes? all I know is that by the end of the month, and we're up to 100 sit ups, that's gonna be really tough lol.. guess it wouldn't be a *challenge* though, if it were easy :D
