    Walked. Also led first night of Women's "Boot Camp". Lot of activity: jogging, squats, push-ups, abs, striking, jump rope etc.

      How cool that you led the class! Back in the day, I taught an ROTC class. I loved it! That's what they called the boot camp classes in the mid 90's I guess : )

    Nice ride. Definitely will be buying new shoes. No matter how much tweaking of my cleats, despite bike fit....feet are numb and painful. Need to have comfortable feet!

      That was a nice ride! I recently discovered that my tri specific bike shoes are way more comfy than my road bike shoes especially the long rides. No hot spots w/the tri shoes. They have a wider toe box. Maybe that's why?

      excellent ride. sorry about your feet though and i totally agree. the feet are like the mom of the family, if mom ain't happy ain't nobody happy.

      I always wear men's shoes, in my size, usually Shimano because they have a 'cut-out' for the Achilles. Wider fit and no hot spots. I have yet to find a pair of women specific shoes that are comfortable. Hope this helps.

    Felt great until last 3O miles, then my quads felt like bricks. Otherwise cardio wise I was fine. All in all a great tour.
