  10. RUN
good GSRC Half-Marathon Training Team 7.01 mi 01:31 12:55 pace

This it the end of my first full week coming back after heart ablation. All in all, it seems to be coming along well. H/R monitor was giving bad readings (too low) for much of the workout.

  11. RUN
    good Kingston Plantation Sport & H... 6 mi 01:02 10:22 pace

Treadmill Run. Started with a first mile at 11:38 and gradually increased the pace to 9:21 for the sixth mile. The heart rate remained under control for the entire work. This is good progress.

  12. RUN
    Kingston Plantation Sport & H... 5 mi 00:55 10:55 pace

Treadmill Run: The best place for me right now, in spite of the cooler weather, is indoor and controlling the workout. This one was a great improvement over Tuesday discouraging workout in the heat.

  16. walk
    good NMBRG 3.4 mi 00:48 14:05 pace

Serving time in "running jail" after having a heart ablation to treat my Ventricular Tachycardia, so I walked as fast as I could while the group ran.

  17. RUN
good GSRC Half-Marathon Training Team 4.01 mi 00:53 13:07 pace

Wishing that the Plantar Fascitiis was gone doesn't make it so. No more running until August 10, it appears.

  18. RUN
alright Peachtree Road Race 10K 6.28 mi 01:00 09:34 pace

I'm detrained, have plantar fasciitis, am 2 week out of receiving 3 stents and dealing with Ventricular Tachycardia. Fortunately, I was accompanied by my private nurse, Laura Fletcher, and my ... read more
