HOT n HILLY course... I ran slower (atleast after the 1st mile) and walked thru a few of the water stops... OH the joys of running in the summer even tho tech it's still spring!! Saw alot of PGRC ppl at the race! Really great group of ppl! Got some great advice from Erica via Jeff Galloway who said dont expect to PR in the heat, as it takes 30 secs off ur mile, it's more abt finishing and enjoying the course. I want to finish and not pass out :0)
