      That happened to me a few months ago -- all my runs felt crappy. Fortunately that passed after just a few sluggish runs. Have you been running a lot lately? Maybe your legs want a break!

      I actually like the dark, especially on warm misty mornings like today. It's so peaceful and quiet. So much nicer than mid-day hustle and bussle.
