      I was planning on doing the River Challenge too but I'll be helping set up the course in LeRoy. As slow as I am right now I would have been one of the "early" starters. You and Carol both would have passed me in very short order, LOL!

    Tired legs tonight but I need the calorie burn off more than I need the rest. I lifted weights before work and during lunch today too and I'm sure that didn't help with the fatigue.

    I went for a trail run and got chased off earlier than I wanted by all of the deer flies and other biting pests. I did notice a slithering reptile too. I'll take snakes over biting bugs any day.
