Today's training plan calls for a 5 miler, which is sandwiched between two 3 milers and a scheduled 8 miler Saturday and a 5 mile pace run Sunday. As I continue my comeback from patella tendonitis, I think I'll forgo the run today and add more foam rolling and stretching.
