    Headed to the beach for a sunrise run. The tide was a little too high so I couldn't hit the sand. Ended up with a nice chill run in the quiet neighborhoods.

    Still giving the soreness a break on the bottom of my foot. Ran a little but listened to my body. 3.5 weeks till my half marathon. Hoping things clear up soon so I can get back to running long miles.

      Pain in the ball of my left foot. Feels kind of like a bruise.

      Did a 9 mile run last Sunday then a 5 miler on Tuesday and it started hurting after that run. Been resting it since.
