    Prairie Fire 1/2 (Pacer) 13.1 mi 01:30 06:51 pace

That was fun! Pretty sure Zach and I helped a big group of people knock out sub-1:30 due to the thunderous herd we had behind us for the better part of 10 miles. Finished with just the two of us du... read more

    Flatrock 101 62 mi 13:41 13:14 pace

My last three ultra's have been rainy slop-fests (Heartland/RunTotoRun/Flatrock101). I can't stress how much I HATE mud. I am very grateful for being able to run this race according to th... read more

Your one of my heroes! With each event you just keep moving up the ladder. Maybe soon you will be up there in the top five with the likes of Bo Jackson, Steve Prefontaine and your favorite man with beautiful hair, Clay Mathews!!!! You have moved way past those loser cry babies like Jay Cutler!!!!!

3rd year out here - never gets any easier!!! This race was brutal. A mix of several factors left me a little unprepared, although I was not aware of this... :) The mud...oh the mud. What can I say ... read more

Animals - I don't know how you guys did a third loop. My legs felt like I put them through a blender after two loops - ouch. Great job!

Dang, you're a great bike rider...very fast, Ronald!! I think the one (and only) nice thing about being forced to bike is the fact that it's a nice way to get some cross training in.

When I trained for Pikes (lots of hill work) my calves were a wreck. I did Yoga - I know, not very manly - and did some ART. Worked well. Have your wife go to Yoga with you and use the excuse that you do it to spend more time with her.....

  9. RUN
    West Dirt 10.25 mi

Shirtless and sockless for most of this run. Running South and East was brutally windy. Tomorrow should be fantastic. Might even go pantless.

I crossed over Ridge, and ran up a few miles past some strange race track.... The trail looked like it kept going for another 100 miles. BORING!!!

    2 miles @ 15 incline, 1 mile @ 5 incline, 1 mile @ track. Then I played basketball.
