Dang, you're a great bike rider...very fast, Ronald!! I think the one (and only) nice thing about being forced to bike is the fact that it's a nice way to get some cross training in.

Zach - I have been in denile about my (mildly) serious calf strain.... I will do RunTotoRun, and then probably hypnotize myself to not run for the recommended 4-6 weeks. I have very little confidence in my ability to not run for that long.... :)
