      it's not too bad Kevin; it's my own bike just raised off the floor, but the scenary doesn't move :-( - saying that every mile counts at the moment and the more excercise I can do the better the next day at work is for me and the lower the neck pain. So indoors or outdoors it has a very not so hidden agenda,.

      thanks Kevin, if I feel safe riding or doing any activities then I've learnt that this is the best way forward as sleeping it over is far slower !
