      it's my safety net to be honest Kevin. Under more normal circumstances I wouldn't even have one - just simply layered up and got on with it, sadly the cold temperatures make me worse so it's a needs miust, but like you looking forward to hanging mine up until winter

    an outdoor ride, all be it layered up, I find it much better to be outdoors and warm as it eases my symptons a lot more than indoor riding and is also more interesting !

      cheers chaps - training course so far is successful, the lecturer was prewarned that I have brain farts by my team, she mentioned in the afternoon that she didn't think that I'd struggled at all during the day and wondered if it was a wind up !
