      Thanks chaps, it's interesting that the specialist yesterday thinks that the neck getting stiff brings on a headache - I do what I would be doing normally (i.e work from the office or whatever it might be), the headache improves I then re-review what I've done, spot the errors which then smashes the confidence. The bike rides it would seem looses then neck - reduces the headache - then you achieve a distance, so therefore perfect therapy !

      thanks Scott, apart from the noise of rain hitting windows (which has always been the case since the accident), there has been a day of big improvement compared to the last few days - even an outdoor ride :-)

      thanks Scott - think it'll be back down the doctors tomorrow - feel exhausted and had a thumping headache and stiff neck all day, still think the best way to defeat the problem is to do excercise and forget all the pills.
