warm up for 10-20 min, 5 x 60 uphill height skipping, 3 x 20sec alternate leg bouncing, 3 x 20 sec faster than 5 k pace, all uphill. So you find a hill, do each rep uphill and walk down the hill for rest intervals. I thought it looked easy and relaxed workout after the tough weekend I had (60min ride including 10k Time Trial followed by a 20min run, and a 90min run)...Boy was I wrong...tired legs now! LOL!
