    So. Tired. The treadmill run from last night ruined my legs. The best analogy I can give is a dead tennis ball. Moral of the story: I walked when I wanted in order to survive.

      How does this one compare to his other DVDs? Is it more challenging?

      Actually, this is the only DVD I own by him. :-) It has 5 practices (one for each day). I'm kind of new to the yoga DVD thing so I picked one that looked versatile.
