:) Thanks. No stroller, Marina, and when I saw some dude carrying his baby and pushing the stroller at the 5k turnaround, I knew I'd made the right decision.
And thanks Caito - looking forward to reading your marathon results on here!! You awe me (okay, that doesn't make sense, but whatever) with your dedication to getting out there every single stinking day with such focus.

I can definitely see that your times are coming down. I think the stroller is making your progress faster because it is harder to run with it, thus making you stronger.

whoa. did we have the same baby today, or what?! ;) on the weekend i saw a couple with their babe in a stroller. actually i saw several, but this couple in particular was having a rough time with their babe. they had to pull over every 10 minutes or so to soothe the poor child. that said - other people with kids in strollers fared just fine. my guess is it's a craps shoot. ;) either way: awesome miles today!

Crap shoot for sure! We usually don't have a problem, but I think she's going through some developmental stuff. One thing about small town - we were at the ball diamonds which are kind of in the middle of nowhere when she had her major meltdown, so she could just cry it out to her hearts content.

@Barb - I was a bit anxious at first - I have the BOB and it was too rough with the car seat on it, but no way did I want to wait until 8 months like the BOB website advises, so around 6 or 7 weeks I just put her right in the stroller with one of those head support things, laid it as flat as it goes and off we went. Worked fine, and her head didn't wobble at all. Good luck! And if King Leo takes a soother don't forget to bring it with you - I saved a few runs in the beginning with that thing.
