My foot was hurting from the run yesterday (and garage saling this morning) So I decided a nice bike ride was in order. I rode to ACHIEVE so that I would have an idea of how long it would take- if I ever decided to try riding my bike to work! (that part took 23 minutes, 20 seconds - 4.9 miles)
