Not to bad. I could feel my foot being its miserable self.. Legs/breathing - all let me know I haven't been running enough..
Did my first workout on the new-to-me Bowflex this morning..
I think I am going to like this! Rowing for 15 minutes, followed by 40 minutes of "lifting"
Nice building your core. Hey I'm looking into a half marathon somewhere cortland area my friend said in October. If your interested I'll find out more info.

Its still a bear.. I hobbled around yesterday, and passed on running this morning because of the soreness. Its pouring rain so riding my bike is out tonight.. Need to find a plan (b)...

Glad all went as planned. Last couple of weeks have been so crazy with end of the school year stuff it has been hard to get any miles in. Last week I had one long run but then had to settle for walking miles the rest of the week.!

Your PF still hurting? I just bought a new air orthodic insole for my shoes. The box says relieves PF.

I am currently wearing a set of Dr. Scholls on top of my podiatrist made orthotics. It helps.. some.
But yeah, still some pain. Now I walked about 4 or 5 miles yesterday - so that may be contributing.

I was pretty pleased with how this went. Didn't die. Thats always a good thing.
Replaced the front tire, went for a test-ride with the boy.

Nice run out there. It was humid as it was a break in the rain.. But my timing was dead on as the rain started falling right as I entered my house!
Nice run, PF has been acting up, so I am icing my feet post-run. Didn't feel too bad until I stretched. Little bit if knee pain,

I love running in the rain.. The attempt at "less" impact is the only reason it got dusted off.
If we get hte storm we are supposed ot - I am really looking toward running in it.
