      Nice to see you post, Robin. I am thanking GOD that I did not go. Nearly every marathon, the second one is just about where my family posts for the finish. My friends have all checked in. This to happen in our beloved running - such innocence, the the pure essence of the accomplishment, and what is GOOD in people, blown away. I'm numb.

      Sorry to hear of your loss... I remember being quite emotional when i parted with my audi... But then again it did start smoking from the dashboard at 75mph on the motorway which was kinda scary. Look forward to more miles.

      No, sadly almost all of Wales is on a hill somehow, we even have the only swimming pools where you can do hill intervals whilst swimming :-)

      @Lucy - elbow is a load better, ROM is as before, strength is about 50%, but it is improving as I increase the size of my weekend-wine glass
      @Heather - You need to "tikka" some time out, I'll have "naan" of that jealousy here...... *no-one laughs * *tumbleweed blows past*
      @Lauren - You have already mastered the treadmill monster hills "Oopsie - did the key just jump out? Clumsy old me" Problem solved
