    My legs were a little tired, but I feel recovered -from the massive cold that took over my family! I ran 3.25 and then Walk/ran the rest :)

      Thanks Kelli- this was the worst cold yet for the season! Hit all 5 of us with in 24 hours, it was crazy! My oldest son is still fighting it off and having a hard time :(

      I hear ya. Youngest has been fighting her ear infection/cold/chest congestion for nearly 12 days now. It's so hard to watch them. (((Hugs)))) to your little man :)

    Did about 20 min of weights....My legs are still sore from the intervals on Sunday....but got the run done! 54 min :)

    3 miles on the elliptical.... followed by 10 min on the stair stepper! 40 min Happy Valentine's day!

    I did the circuit weights for 30 min... then I ran 1 mile warm up, 2.5 miles of intervals, walked 1/2 mile at a incline,and finished with a cool down for the other 1/2! around 80min!! :)
