    2000 ft of elevation loss to start off the first 5.25 miles, then a lovely 2000 feet of gain in the last 3 miles to finish it off. Yeah, that last part was tough.

      June 6. I am pacing the 3:15 half. About an hour slower than my regular pace. It is almost too slow to be actually running, but a little too fast to be walking.
