    Harder to run in the heat FOR SURE. Started out doing intervals again but the heat was not making it easy, so I did half intervals and half regs. It was an alright run.

    I busted a 7.25 pace at the very end for like a .25 mile or even less, and it bumped up my over all mile. Doing that kinda feels like cheating but whatever...

    Awesome!!!! Lovely morning for running! I felt like I could have done it all over again when I was done! I think it had something to do with going to bed at 10:30 last night and the weather was ideal!

    It felt so good! I mid a very moderate run to get back into the swing, iT FELT AMAZING... I can't believe it, I LOVE RUNNING! I was sad with out it!

      nothing wrong with feeling overwhelmed. just go out and run! keep it fun and don't push too hard. it was only a "short" break and maybe it's what you needed. you can dot this! :-)

    Did a 3 mile sprint... Well, for me it was like sprinting... So quick! Felt it more in my chest and upper body then I did in my legs, like usual. Much more resperitory (<---bad speller)

      Wow, Robin! That is a great pace, so excited for you! I would definitely go with the city markers + perceived exhertion = 7mi at an awesome pace!
