    great 75.08 mi 04:00 18.7mph pace

I am taking a week off from running because my achilles is still not 100% so my coach upped my biking for the week. 4 hour ride on a Tuesday? Sure, and why not add kindergarten graduation at 10:4... read more

Lots of 100's today on fast intervals and I was hitting them. Finally. Most of the 100's were 1:30 and my last 2 were in 1:26. Love seeing a little bit of speed after being sluggish in... read more

  4. RUN
    alright 10.59 mi 01:30 08:30 pace

Super paranoid about my achilles today so I stopped every few miles to stretch and make sure it wasn't hurting. And it wasn't, but made for a slower run than I would have liked.

  5. VELO
    good 22.53 mi 01:11 19.0mph pace

My achilles was not happy after my ride this weekend so I took a few days off in order to rest up in hopes of keeping injury away. And I think it helped as today's ride felt great. My break ... read more

Ride went really well at first today. I felt strong and the miles kept ticking off and everything felt good. Arms, shoulders, hand, all my normal complaints were not there. 4:30 into my ride and... read more

Great ride Robin. That sounds very tough. Nice job sticking with it after all of those issues.

  8. RUN
    alright 4.62 mi 00:40 08:39 pace

Brick run and legs were not happy from my lack of gears at the end of my ride.

  9. swim
    good 3300 yd 01:03 33:47 pace

Ladder with longer intervals. Oh, I hate 800's. :)

  10. RUN
    good 17 mi 02:20 08:14 pace

Loved my long run today. It was pouring rain the whole time, but I had a smile on my face throughout the entire thing. This was a Z2 run so I had to slow myself down and just run steady.

Thankful for an easy ride today as my legs were not in the mood to move. Long run tomorrow.

  13. RUN
    good 5.88 mi 00:45 07:41 pace

Legs were TIRED at first. Took a little bit longer than normal to warmup and then I just focused on turning them over. Happy to finish strong and so happy to finally have some new shoes.

  14. swim
    good 3000 yd 00:55 32:33 pace

Really strong and relaxing swim today. Pace keeps getting better and these swims keep getting easier minus the warmup each time.

Appleman is right down the road from me! :) I may have to come and watch. I'd do it if it wasn't so close to Lake Placid.

It's actually only about 15 minutes from my house but I have not done the race yet. Perhaps this year, depending on the schedule in september.
