I upped my 8 mile run to 10 today since I had extra time. Quite a few hills but I was able to hit pretty even splits after picking up pace 3 miles in.

I didn't run with it for about 5 months but recently started wearing it again on some runs. If I am not sure the exact route I'm going to run, I wear it, so I'm sure I get in all the miles I need to do. If I'm doing one of my usual routes, I just use a watch to time the whole thing. And I just started wearing the Garmin again for tempo/pace runs, so I can see my splits.
