Hit yoga last evening instead of my usual lunch yoga due to that pesky work thing again! Had the pleasure of yogaing next to Erika Matt and Becca...we were all quite the sight in backbends....some more flexible than others....noticed though no reference to Erika and Matt's homework assignment for doing The Wild Thing :-)
