    Finally! Got the stroke!!! Switching drills and flipping over to breathe without sucking water.... actually feels easier than expected. Will see how transition to open water goes....happy!

    After a wonderful brunch with the family and a walk down the pier...headed over to the yoga clinic. Psoas was the main word of the day along with IT band.....good clinic great day :-)

      Little bit. These clinics are quite interactive so there is some discussion going along with the yoga practice. Leslee is great-Tune Yoga.

    Mmmmm...legs felt good during this ride. Found Gary's happy gear quickly but think that the swim before warmed up my legs so felt easier... who would have thought :-) Spun out to 13.
