    Did all buoys today..lesson with Kim mostly on sighting and swimming straight.. tough!!!Water warm but air cold!!!! Met up with Mo....Gretchen... and Dawn. Need more practice :-)

    Kept it light and easy as still breaking in new shoes and fixed back....did OK but concentrated on breathing....heat will take some getting used to...

    Pooped! Couldn't hold arms up and whole upper body sore from HCF the day before. Really wasn't into this run at all! Keiko and Air kept it interesting though ;-)....
