      Dreadmill... I love it!!! So true. I'd rather run outside in the worst of weather than be on that thing. Although for 15 mins, it isn't bad.. I did the same thing yesterday!!

    High cadence at 90+. Have always had difficulty with spinning at this high of a cadence....did before work this AM.
