    So decided to break out Muppet and ride! Kept easy and light. Trying to get used to new fit and seat...cannot use my old MB skirts!!! Need new something.... ugh!!!

    UGH! Yes I am back in the pool with Kim. Working on the catch and keeping elbows engaged and at the end did yardage....always fun when Luci is swimming circles around me...literally :-)

      Seems a lot of people I know this year had tough marathons. In the end, it reminds us that this stuff is hard and that is why we do it. There will be great marathons and then there will be days like this which we are all entitled to have a "BLAH" day. Congratulations on completing the 2014 NYC Marathon!
