      Good luck! You can do it! I don't know how many times I've started P90X over just to not make it through the week. Finally made it through week 1 this time. :D You'll get through it!

    Intense...It was just the Fit Test but I was overly disappointed with my performance; hoping that I would do much better than that. I am eager to improve.

      Sweet deal. I will use you for motivation. This is my first time though. I missed yesterday and today due to a death in the family however. I will be making them up tomorrow and the day after.

  7. Just recieved Insanity in the mail...going to start on Monday. My wife has a big test coming up and we are doing it together so Monday is the big day.

      I do warm up...I ride nice and easy about 10 minutes on a stationary bike. I don't do much else. I eat a stem of grapes and drink a bottle of water for breakfast on my mile days.

    I had a ridiculous idea to cruise up 1604. There was a lot of traffic and at the Culebra exit it was a goat rope trying to cross over and get back to the shoulder. I will not ride this route again.
