08:48 pace
12 mile run this morning. Average pace 8:50. Average HR 132; Max HR 147. It was a little struggle today to stay under 9:00 minute miles. Pfitzinger long run for me is 8:48 - 9:36 min miles and a HR between 133 - 151. Could have gone a little slower and still been ok. This completes a recovery week of 39 miles.
