5 mile recovery run today. Average pace 9:07. Average HR 130; Max 140. If I were my coach I would tell me: 1. You are to stubborn to know when to take a break, 2. Your nutrition plan sucks for runners, 3. If you don't get back with your strength/flexibility training something is going to break. Half the problem is identifying the problem.
