      GA is a General Aerobic pace according to the Pfitzinger Plan I'm following. He has recovery runs, General Aerobic runs (up to 10 miles), Medium Long Runs (11-15 miles), Long Runs (16+ miles) plus some at 5k pace, half marathon pace and a few more.
