      if you're running 3 miles consistently, you can easily start a half marathon training plan. if that interests you, there is a half and full marathon this march in DC. the day before your birthday i believe. im thinking about signing up if we can stay at anthonys.

    Great. No mental blocks today. It was raining out. I was the only runner on the roads. I keep telling myself every morning I get up at 6:30am to run that I am increasing my discipline.

      I haven't been running on the weekends but I might start. There is no sense in wasting 30% of the week just because everyone else does but do my muscles need time to regen?
