      It's not always easy to get motivated, but it only took a little under two months to notice running form seemed better on long runs and now I can actually see a noticeable difference in how I look.

      Oh Rob that sounds awful! I'm sorry this one didn't go well for you. It was a challenging day with it being so much warmer than the training days we've had leading up to it. In addition to that it was about 10 degrees warmer near the end of the race compared to the start. I hope you're resting up well tonight.

      Sounds like you had a great start... I probably don't know what I'm talking about because I haven't run a marathon yet, but we all know there are days and distances and races that are monsters that we really have to battle with! It sounds like you learned a ton and improved a lot on your way to this race, so your next marathon you'll be an even smarter faster runner :) What's next in the books?
