This was the first run since injuring my knee playing basketball on Tuesday, so I took it very easy and decided to not time myself. I've also got a wicked watchband tan line that needed some attention. Felt very strange looking for a button to push when the run was over.
Bunches of dogs out this morning, and also saw a couple other runners, including Becky who once again ran rings around me.
Overall an OK run, but we'll see how the knee is feeling once I cool down. Hope it is more or less back to normal by Saturday. Any one else doing the 1 hour track run?
