There isn't a "strep" icon, so I went with "tired". Yes, the family pulled me down into their pit of infectious misery, and now 4 out of the 6 of us have tested positive.

But that doesn't matter, because there's a Winter Series race for which to prepare (won't be contagious by then)! Haven't run since Monday, so I was pretty committed to getting a few miles in today so I don't have to run tomorrow. Pace was a bit off, but I didn't want to push myself very hard at this point.

All things considered, a pretty good run.
