    Much cooler today. Lots of huffing and puffing but going to get back into it. My knees feel fine. Maybe I should try cycling. I just worry I will get run over that way as well.

    Real hot day to start back. Ran into some difficulties that psyched me out and I ended up running a different route to avoid traffic. Gained seven lbs since taking a break from running.
