    Quads and abs are toast from yesterdays freeweights but a nice run. Heron pond, SR33 and sycamore fields. Cheated,flipflops!

    90 min situps,crossovers,legraises with and w/o the 45# kb and modified pullovers on the mat...20 miles on the 1spd/trainer. Focused on form, cadence 80-91, up to 23 mph.

    Seated db curls 5×10@45 lbs/benchpress 3×5@165, 3×3@ 185lbs...kinda outa gas. Popped sum aspirin for the ankle and took a nap!
