Quads and abs are toast from yesterdays freeweights but a nice run. Heron pond, SR33 and sycamore fields. Cheated,flipflops!

#dailymission 2 pairs of flipflops . I pair of VFFs 5 yrs old and loooow mileage! Vivobarefoot ultras(watershoes) and a 10 year old pair of nike 10,000m track shoes .

90 min situps,crossovers,legraises with and w/o the 45# kb and modified pullovers on the mat...20 miles on the 1spd/trainer. Focused on form, cadence 80-91, up to 23 mph.
