I was considering taking a rest day today as I was pretty tired, and it was 80 degrees and sunny. But, I decided to get ready and just do a short and easy zone 2 run. The heat ended up not being too bad with a nice breeze and amount of shade the trail by my home has in the late afternoon. Very uneventful run that I just zoned out in and let my legs do the rest.
