      Sounds like a perfect plan Rob!! I must say I think you could be looking at a sub 3.30 this year. These progressive runs are very tough on the body so a nice easy one next time eh? :) PS another 9ner in the bank to!!

      @Scott P from what I know, HR is mainly driven by age but is also somewhat genetic. The younger you are, typically the higher your max HR is and it reduces with age. There seems to be freaks of nature with very high or very low but this is just based on average. I was very comfortable at that AVG HR during the race, but did max out on the last .5 or so giving it all I had.
