I am pretty sure the people behind the People of WalMart website could do another site with gyms. Decided to go to the gym late and try and get some weights in. I ended up seeing a little bit of a freakshow too. I don't want to be mean, but Rob Zombie needs to sign up some of these guys for his next movie. Anyway I ended up using a machine called a Cross Ramp. I think it is a hybrid of an elliptical. It works all parts of the legs. Either it was a tough machine or the gym was hot because I did break a sweat on it. I then ended up doing some TRX and hammer curls. I could not take the freaks any longer and it was getting late so I bolted. On a plus side since they plugged in their iPod into the stereo I got to hear Tesla's What You Give. That song takes me way back to the 90s. I believe that is probably the last time I heard it too.
