During the run around Corbin (x2) we stopped to do lunges, cross-overs, and wheel barrels across the park.

Ran two laps around Corbin Park, stopping at each corner and alternating between x25 push-ups and x25 squats. Also Megan and I did a boxing workout yesterday with the focus mitts. Woot!
