      That's pretty good effort you've got going there Robbo! I can do 100 burpees in about 17-18 minutes. 15 sets at a time!

      Are muscle ups like pull ups or chin ups, where you hang from a bar and use your arms to pull yourself up (and theoretically get your chin up over the bar, though I've never actually been able to do that...)?

      sort of, a muscle up is done on gymnastics rings. If you can picture them they are two rings on straps so there is a lot of movement. You start by hanging from them and then use momentum and a pull up type of action and get yourself up above the rings with your arms pushing straight down to keep from falling. I am a long way away from doing one of these, but we just work on progressing towards being able to do one.
